In 2011, The Arts Center. Greenwood Community Theatre, and the Museum worked in close partnership to form a stronger bond. As the "Big 3," these three non-profit arts and cultural community organizations reside in three side-by-side buildings on the 100 block of Main Street.

In 2012 this will only continue to improve. The coming year's events include tie-ins across the organizations and partnerships with local businesses. The results of this partnership will being a new level of strategic planning for Greenwood's cultural development in the future.

The partnership has been strengthened by support from the City of Greenwood and Self Family Foundation. In July of 2011, City Council heard a request from the three organizations for support from Hospitality Tax and later approved that request. This funding will give each organization the opportunity to grow, improve, and plan.
